No, our services are completely web-based. You do not need any additional software to use them.

How long will my documents be saved on your servers after I cancel my membership?
Your documents are available as long as you have your subscription. If you decide to cancel, your documents will remain in your account for six (6) months after your service expires.
What can I do if I forget my password?
If you can’t remember your password, follow the link labelled “forgot your password” on the login page.
You will have to enter your email address. We will then send you an email that will let you reset your password.

Is there a limit to the number of documents they can save on our site while working on them?
No, you can save and work on as many documents as you like. Your storage is completely unlimited.
How do I fill out a document or form?
If you have a document you want to edit, you can upload it to our site and use our tool to fill it out.
Alternatively, you can open a document from our PDF library.
Once you have opened the form on our web, you can use our simple editor to complete it.
Click into the fields to add text and use the various tools to add any images or signatures you need.
How do I write on a document?
To add text, simply click anywhere on the document and start typing.
Make sure you have the text tool selected (top-left of the page).
How do I add my signature to a document?
Use the “Sign” option on the toolbar at the top to add your electronic signature.
You will need to upload your electronic signature, or sign it on the spot using your mouse, pencil or finger.
Can I convert my document to a PDF?
Yes, you can convert all sorts of file formats to PDF using our conversion tool, including the following:

Can I convert my PDFs into other formats?
Yes, we provide a file conversion tool that allows you to convert PDF documents into various other formats, including the following:

Is my digital signature legal?
Yes, As per US Federal regulations for Evidence #1001-1003, electronic signatures hold the same legal validity as traditional methods of signing documents.
Consequently, any document that's electronically signed bears the same legal consequences as one signed physically.
How does the 7-day trial work?
You can try out our tool and gain access to our library of PDF forms for 7 days.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the full membership after 7 days, unless you cancel within this time.
When will I be charged after the 7-Day trial expires?
After 7 days, you will be automatically upgraded to the monthly membership.
When this happens, you will be charged for the first 4 weeks and you’ll then be billed every 4 weeks after this.
Can I email documents to someone else after I finish editing?
Yes, you can send your documents directly from our editor.
You can also simply download your finished document and then send it by email at your leisure.
I sent a document, but it hasn´t arrived. Where is it?
This is a question your email provider or the recipient’s email provider may be in a better position to answer.
If an email has not been received, it may have been sorted into the junk or spam folder, so the recipient should check here first.
You can also check your “Sent” folder to make sure that the recipient’s email address was entered correctly.
Can I share my documents?
Yes, you can share your documents by email. Just click “send email” and write the email’s person. They will receive an email with a 4-digit code, to download the Document “view mode”.
If they have an account on our website, they will be able to open and edit the document, under their account.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription to our site at any time from your account.
If you no longer plan to use our services, you can cancel your membership with the “Cancel Subscription” button.
The changes will come into effect from your next billing date.
